**Position: Claims Handler**
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Taking new jobs from clients and inputting details into relevant systems.
- Maintaining and updating all systems with accurate and timely information.
- Answering day-to-day inquiries from clients and customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ordering materials and coordinating logistics.
- Collaborating with a small, dedicated team to ensure smooth operations.
- Report into account/contracts manager.
**Required Skills and Attributes**:
- **Building Repair Knowledge**: Familiarity with building repairs is essential.
- **Excellent IT Skills**: Competent with modern systems and software.
- **Professional Etiquette**: Clear, courteous, respectful and effective communication.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: A forward-thinker with a can-do attitude.
- **Strong Written and Verbal English**: Excellent understanding and speaking of the language.
- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- **Resilience Under Pressure**: Able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- **Building / Home insurance Knowledge**: Preferred but not essential
