**Compliance Administrator - £20,000-£24,0000 - 37 hours per week**

The recruitment team is part of a wider People & Culture team and will also contribute to the Trusts People Strategy with a great emphasis on Recruitment & Retention.

**The responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator**:

- Undertaking pre-employment checks for applicants and renewals for employees for continued compliance.
- Ensuring individuals are checked in line with legislative requirements around EDI, CQC guidance and Fit and Proper Persons legislation and keeping up to date on compliance regulation changes.
- Updating and maintaining internal recruitment and pre-commencement (compliance) systems to ensure they are kept accurate and up to date.
- Meeting relevant deadlines and achieving KPI targets timely.
- Handling enquiries and provide support to Hiring Managers regarding compliance.
- Providing audit information to management.
- Maintaining risk assessments and ensuring these are signed.

**What we need from YOU**:

- Hold 5 GCSEs at level A-C, or 9-4 (including English and Maths)
- Have previous experience working in an administrative role with data entry
- Be competent in using IT systems and Microsoft Office packages
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including written
- Have good time management skills
- The ability to manage and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The role is advertised as Pickering based however there is scope to work from our office in York
