**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with a Senior Innovation Consultant to drive high-value analyses; facilitate effective decision-making by proactively gathering and prioritizing information and relevant decision-making criteria
- Partner with a Senior Innovation Consultant to drive innovation and strategic client solutions for multiple, global, mission-critical, large-scale projects, including:

- Owning and manage complex technical projects with multiple dependencies, to meet stated and agreed upon scope for clients
- Support execution, and manage client and stakeholder communication
- Schedule project-related meetings such as kickoffs, briefing meetings and deliverable reviews
- Work effectively with colleagues and multiple internal client teams to drive the completion of projects within timeframe and budget
- Prioritize requirements, translate into functional design and use case models, as well as provide guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation
- Schedule and liaise with software vendors to organize vendor demos for clients; gather requirements from demos
- Contribute to documentation, both internally and client facing
- Review deliverables and help drive client approval and acceptance process
- Develop and manage operational metrics and reporting
- Independently performing client facing business requirements gathering (often from non-technical stakeholders, junior and senior) and translating them into functional technical requirements
- Taking ownership of complex implementation tracks like requirement gathering, testing, configurations, workflow set-ups, and project management
- Support the Senior Innovation Consultant on all creative tasks, including preparing proposals to clients; developing the upfront strategy for projects, as well as early stage activity such as workshops and innovation sessions
- Plan, facilitate and prepare executive-level presentations for clients (comfortable and well versed in PowerPoint and Excel as well as the remaining MS Office Suite)
- Gathers and analyse information and provide recommendations to address strategic business objectives that span our client’s multiple, global business and technology areas
- Serve as the client’s day to day contact for projects/campaigns, while meeting and exceeding client expectations
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously

**Minimum Requirements**
- Experience in management consulting, financial services, or technology with 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or similar consulting experience in the workplace consultancy sectors, ideally acquired in an IT environment providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline or in an analytical discipline (e.g. business, economics, physical sciences, engineering) or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred
- Ability or experience managing multiple projects, coordinating multiple teams at the same time
- Ability or experience understanding and representing both the business and technology
- Alacrity as well as experience building cost models and matrices in Excel
- Alacrity as well as experience creating professional presentations and client proposals in PowerPoint

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary package including bonus**: £40k to £45k pa dependant on experience
