Director - General Practice

Are you seeking an opportunity for further career progression with an established and reputable accountancy firm?

My client a long-standing practice based in Oxford. Under new ownership this firm are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to help lead the practice on the next phase of growth. Ideally, you’ll be good at building relationships and have some experienceof winning new business.

Job Purpose
- Assist in planning and delivery of practice services
- Ensure the high-quality provision of accounting compliance, corporation tax, personal tax, management reporting and advisory services
- Leading onsite Audits
- Development and growth of new clients and opportunities
- Management and staff development ensuring employee welfare and performance

Employee Benefits
- Salary between £70 - £90K
- Clear route for progression

Job Requirements
- ACA / ACCA / qualified
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
- A proven track record of developing new and profitable revenue streams
- Experienced in accounts, audit and taxation
- An entrepreneurial attitude, with drive to progress
- Managerial experience with the ability to develop juniors
- Excellent communication skills
