Our client, a forward-thinking and reputable Law firm is looking to recruit a Property Lawyer to join their team in Chard on a full-time, permanent basis. Your role will be oriented around managing your own caseload of Residential property matters. You willbe a Qualified Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer who possesses 2-5 years PQE gained within the Residential Property sector.

**What will you be doing as a Property Lawyer?**
- Managing your own caseload with minimum supervision.
- Undertaking a wide range of Residential Property matters including advising clients on buying and selling, transferring equity and shared ownership and remortgages.

**Skills/Qualifications of a Property Lawyer**:

- You be a Qualified Property Solicitor with at least 2-5 years PQE gained in Residential Property.
- You may be either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer.
- Any prior experience you have working in a busy property team would be advantageous.
- You will possess excellent technical skills as well as a can-do, proactive approach.
