We are looking for a **Head of Social**based in our London Head Office. **About the Job** We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and highly creative Head of Social to lead our social-first growth strategy, shaping the brand’s digital presence and driving measurable business impact. This role involves overseeing a team of eight, spanning organic social media, content creation, and online personal shopping, with a focus on engagement, conversion, and brand storytelling. You will lead and help develop a best-in-class organic social strategy, ensuring our brand is ahead of trends and deeply connected with our audience. You will be responsible for building and executing innovative content plans with influencers and content creators, overseeing gamification strategies, and embedding social commerce as a key growth channel. With a strong focus on data and performance analytics, you’ll ensure all strategies contribute to business KPIs, conversion, engagement, and long-term brand equity.
