We’re looking for MI Analyst to join us at our M&S site in Bradford to support the site’s reporting function, to ensure we can support customer order fulfilment. We run a highly automated operation for M&S’ clothing and home products as part of our one millionsquare foot distribution centre in Bradford. This is a permanent, full time role predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 however, we do need you to be flexible with your approach as there may be some weekend working to cover operational needs.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplacepension and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Provide effective statistical analysis of system data to enable the operation to run at optimum efficiency
- Monitor trends and report to the operations teams
- Produce productivity measurement and KPI tracking tools that will enable us to maximise our cost savings, while maintaining exemplary service out to the customer
- Support improvements to information systems on site

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Strong IT skills: Excel essential; Power BI, SQL or MS Access desirable
- Excellent analytical, planning & organisational skills
- A solid background in data analysis-focused roles, preferably with exposure to a warehousing or retail environment
- A commitment to producing accurate work, to a high standard, within set timescales
