Due to growth within the London area, Curb Mobility are looking for a Head of Operations to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.

At Curb Mobility, we install payment terminals in to taxi’s across the UK and worldwide so our clients customers don’t have to worry about carrying cash. Partnering with all major CHIP & PIN, swipe and contactless cards and mobile wallets, we are one of the leading companies in our field.

**The role**

You will continuously drive process improvement through alignment, teamwork, organisation, and comprehensive communication.

You will have 10+ years of hands-on experience leading and managing operations for a technology-driven company. You will be seasoned at supporting customers and partners to scale and excellent analytical skills.

**Other key duties will include**
- Own and manage the _CurbLite_ and _CurbPay_ deployments in the London and National markets.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of drivers at the fleet location on how to use our products (requires visiting off-site fleet locations within M25).
- Establish and track/report KPIs that measure our deployment progress and ongoing product performance.
- Be the primary liaison between the product team and technology vendors.
- Review, enhance and communicate staff policies (e.g., health and safety, security, IT) for education and compliance.
- Own the facilities management function at the West Acton office.
- Managing facilities documentation and ensuring health and safety compliance across all facilities.
**What you will get in return**

You will earn a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience and an annual bonus.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.

Additional benefits include 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension contribution and travel expenses paid.
