**Job Summary**
We are looking for an accounts team leader to join our vibrant and busy team. The position will be varied, and we are looking for a qualified or qualified by experience person to join us.

Audit experience would be desirable but not essential. There would be an opportunity for audit training available.

**Duties**
- Leading and overseeing a small team
- Bookkeeping and VAT Returns for a wide range of clients
- Preparation of financial statements for companies, partnerships and sole traders
- Preparing corporation tax computations
- Preparation of self assessment tax returns
- Assisting with a varied range of services on an ad-hoc basis within the team as and when required
- Auditing a range of clients on site and remotely
- Should have at least 4+ previous experience in a similar role
- Audit experience desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in using Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
- Familiarity with Sage software is advantageous
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 36.25 per week
