Maintenance Manager

**Duties include**
- Set up systems and manage the team using planned maintenance to reduce breakdowns
- Fault find and maintain PLC and electrical systems
- Fault find and maintain complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Devise, fabricate and assemble new and modified mechanical plant and equipment
- Undertake timely, planned and preventative maintenance tasks
- Undertake repairs to machinery, ancillary equipment and services as requested by Team Leaders
- Follow tests and inspections to complete appropriate documentation/IT entries
- Work in a safe, efficient manner
- Improve housekeeping using 5s principles
- Undertake training and development to fill skill voids
**About you**
- You will have a qualification in either an engineering or an electrical field
- Be a great problem solver
- Have a good eye for detail
- Work on your own initiative
- Experience in mechanical repairs and fault finding
**Hours & Benefits**
Mon - Fri - 08:00 - 16:00
20 days holiday + 8 days Bank Holidays
