**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, using basic maths skills for billing purposes.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- A basic understanding of culinary practices and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
