**Teaching Assistant - £75 - £95 per day - Epsom**

Attention all aspiring educators We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated teaching assistant to join a lovely client school in the Epsom area. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students, working closely with our talented teaching staff to deliver an exceptional educational experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the delivery of lesson plans, providing support to the classroom teacher and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted support and help them achieve their full potential
- Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and resources
- Help to maintain a safe, clean and organised classroom environment
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions and professional development opportunities as required

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting
- A passion for working with young people and helping them to achieve their full potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and compassionate approach to working with students with different abilities and needs
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
