**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist potential and existing customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product/service information and recommendations to customers
- Operate and handle customer information accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace when in the office
- Ensure you are professionally dressed
- Assist with hitting sales goals at residential promotions, events, b2b and b2c locations
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals at highfootfall locations via residential promotions, events, and b2b and b2c

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for working out the best service for customers
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer calls

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool City Centre, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
