**Role Summary**
- Run the in house reception, mail & courier intake and supply ordering
- Support the provision of operational reporting and approval processes for the site as requested by the FM
- Support FM engagement with Landlord representatives and local/national authorities as required from time to time required
- Monitoring and reporting of planned maintenance activities and ad hoc service requests
- Monitor and respond, with others, to customer requests for office reconfigurations and general staff moves and changes
- Monitoring of actions and completion of service requests
- Coordinating and managing sub-contracted services, delegating tasks and duties as appropriate
- Support conference room services including furniture reconfigurations and monitoring and stationery for use in conference rooms.
- Monitoring of the site general provision of site consumables e.g. stationery - placing appropriate service / procurement requests in order to ensure stationery supplies do not fall below agreed minimums
- Monitoring and replenishment of printer/copier consumable items
- As required, answering queries from the client’s staff members, logging helpdesk jobs where necessary, following up and liaising with clients, customers and site FM as necessary
- Analyzing service requests on site to ensure work is completed and done so in a timely manner.

**Role Requirements**
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- You will be comfortable forming partnerships with the facilities management team, security, team assistants to be able to help deliver a cohesive and strong workplace experience
- An ability to understand problems, its impact and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in written
- Flexible approach to work
- Accurate and exceptional attention to detail

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
