We are looking for
**Band 7 Mental Health Practitioners **to work for at least 3 months in Ipswich working within the IDT Older People Ipswich Team

The pay rate for this
**Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner’s **role
***is up to £28 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. (Part-time considered)

**Skills**:

- Assessment, interpersonal, risk management
- Experience of conducting holistic risk assessments.
- Experience of developing Safety Plans.
- Understanding frailty and comorbidities in older adults.
- Being able to work as a part of multi-disciplinary team and multi-agency team.
- Able to effectively prioritise own workload and use team resources effectively.
