Loans Administration Associate

Our client, an International Bank based in the City of London are looking to recruit a Loans Administration Associate on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Main responsibilities will include,
- Prepare and process existing Loan Products (Primary and Secondary) for the London office (including Islamic Loans), and Paris and Frankfurt offices, in accordance with procedures
- Ensure loans/drawings are within the terms of the facility agreement and internal approvals
- Arrange for payments to be made in accordance with authentic instructions
- Ensuring correct cash flows are advised to Treasury Admin or Frankfurt Operations
- Advise Treasury of rate fixes and new drawings and maturities
- Maintain Loan Products sold on a participation basis with the relevant sales counterparties
- Monitoring and processing of Islamic mortgage payment receipts, updating all relevant departments
- Calculate and process fees due on Loan products
- Liaising with Relationship Managers/Agents
- Review Nostro Reconciliations to ensure any outstanding items relating to Loans Admin are actioned
- Input into URBIS, and/or other systems, to ensure record keeping
- Assist Business Units when requested.
- Assist in project work for the department.
- Maintain documentation register
- Awareness of Loan Products, and standard terms and conditions
- Knowledge of operational processes
- Analytical skills having the ability to review figures and identify errors.
- Commercial banking operations experience
- Accurate and methodical
- The ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
- Team player
