Our People Team is currently growing and because of this we are currently recruiting for a People Partner to support our Senior Managers, particularly within our Finance and Group Communication business areas.

Working in collaboration with our Senior Leadership teams you will use your broad experience to provide effective and value adding people business partnering service. You will develop and deliver people initiatives that are aligned to the wider Places for People strategy.

You will have experience in a strategic HR setting and will be able to lead on projects, taking ownership, management, and delivery of key business initiatives from end to end.

You will be engaging; able you empower people and influence key stakeholders. You will be confident to challenge when needed. You'll have experience of managing multiple HR projects and working collaboratively with senior managers to ensure success.

You will be a skilled communicator you'll be passionate about People and the importance of having an engaged and motivated workforce.
