**About The Role**:
We currently have a great opportunity for a Workshop Coordinator to join our Service Workshop Team. The Workshop Coordinator will be responsible for controlling stock within the department. You will be part of the Service workshop team providing an effective after-sales support service for the business with the possibility of future training into other roles within the workshop.

This role consists of administration (70%) and warehouse duties (30%) within the workshop area you will required to conduct manual lifting and the use of pallet trucks with possible training on PPT.
- **The working hours are Monday to Friday 07:45-16:15.**

**What will I be doing as a Workshop Coordinator?**
- Booking in pallets into workshop for processing.
- Process products to send back to supplier for credits.
- Control dispatches for completed repairs.
- Coordinated EU reworks.
- Stock management for spare parts within the workshop storeroom.
- Book in spares and assigned to engineers to carry out repairs.
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties as required by the Workshop Supervisor
- Maintain clean and tidy area within the workshop warehouse area

**What are we looking for in a Workshop **Coordinator**?**
- Great customer service approach with the drive to go that extra mile
- MS Office experience
- Strong IT skills and the ability to work with a range of different systems and to pick up new systems quickly
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
