Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate **Healthcare Assistant** to join our Hertfordshire Service pro-actively assist in the delivery of comprehensive interventions aimed at improving health & wellbeing for service users.

**Where**: Watford

**When**: We're looking for the right person to join the team ASAP.

**Hours**: 25 hours a week, flexi hours available.

**Salary**: £24,466.99 - £26,110.88 CGL Points 19 to 21 with Outer Fringe Weighting £683.99

**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**:

- Working closely with your Nursing team to develop pathways to care
- Support service users in opiate and alcohol interventions.
- You will support on harm reduction interventions along with physical and mental health assessments.
- Keeping the people who use our services at the heart of everything you do

**About you**:

- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
- Experience of working within substance misuse or a social care setting would be an advantage but not essential
- A clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services
- Good organisational skills
- Confidence to work on own initiative as well as part of the team
- Communicate confidently and effectively, verbally and in writing
- Respond flexibly to the demands of the post
