**Cleaning Supervisor - Evening Shift**

**Location**: Paisley (PA1 1JE)
**Hours**: Monday-Friday, 4 pm-9 pm (25 hrs per week)
**Pay**: £13.10 per hour
**Contract**: Permanent - guaranteed hours

**About the Role**

We Clean Group is recruiting a **hands-on Cleaning Supervisor** to lead our evening cleaning team at one of our key sites in Paisley.
This role is split roughly **50% cleaning your own designated area** and **50% supervising and supporting your team of five cleaners**.

You’ll lead by example — maintaining high standards, organising daily routines, covering absences when needed, and acting as the first point of contact for the client.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out daily cleaning tasks to a high standard within your assigned area.
- Supervise and support a team of five cleaners, ensuring schedules are followed.
- Step in to cover short-term absences or high-priority tasks.
- Communicate clearly with the client and report any issues to management.
- Monitor cleaning stock and equipment, ensuring supplies are maintained.
- Promote a positive, professional working environment.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous **commercial cleaning experience**.
- Experience leading or supervising a small team (preferred).
- Confident, organised, and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients and giving feedback to your team.
- Reliable, professional, and able to use your initiative.
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to complete a basic disclosure check.
