We are looking to strengthen our Site team with a Temporary Works Co-ordinator and Permit controller based at our Wanlip STW site north of Leicester.

**Position**: Temporary Works Co-ordinator & Permit
**Location**: Wanlip STW
**Employment Type**: Full-Time - prefer contract but permanent staff also considered.

**The Role**:
As a Temporary Works Co-ordinator, you will play a critical role in planning, managing, and coordinating all aspects of temporary works at our Wanlip STW project. You will act as a central point of expertise, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies. You will also control all work permits across the site including (but not limited to, Ground disturbance, hot works, hazardous works, Temporary works, environmental permits).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the coordination, design, and implementation of temporary works across the site
- Liaise with design teams, contractors, and site managers to ensure safe execution.
- Oversee the Temporary Works Register and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Review and approve temporary works designs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and assess temporary works installations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for temporary works matters during project phases.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to the project team and stakeholders.
- Compile & issue ready for sign off of all site permits (not exclusively Temporary Works)
