**Alloy Wheel Collection & Delivery Driver**

Stephen James BMW is looking for an Alloy Wheel Collection & Delivery Driver to join the Alloy Repair Team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career with one of the world’s most admired brands in the automotive industry.

**Your role**

As an Alloy Wheel Collection & Delivery Driver you will be a key member of the Alloy repair team and play a pivotal role in the process by ensuring the safe and efficient removal of damaged alloys, returning of repaired alloys to and from local businesses and our centres in the south to our Enfield workshop helping to maximise workflow. Time efficiency and organisation will be essential to ensure alloys are readily available to the workshop. As well as delivering exceptional customer service.

**The main duties of the role include**:

- To safely jack up vehicles and remove alloy wheels to be repaired as instructed.
- To accurately label and record all alloys and works being undertaken.
- To return repaired Alloys to the correct vehicle and Axle on the vehicle
- To be competent in Alloy wheel removal and refitting, involving tyre pressures and torque settings for specific vehicles
- To work with onsite co-ordinators to facilitate collection and deliveries efficiently to maximise repair workloads.
- To keep vehicles and tools in good condition, alerting management when needing service or repair

**Your profile**
- To have good communication skills as well as a professional courteous manner
- To have strong manual dexterity and be a competent driver, as you will be driving a Mercedes Sprinter Van on the roads and around our sites.
- Previous technical hands on experience experience desirable
- You will have a passion for customer service and be able to build rapport & trust easily.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid clean UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 1 year.

**Salary and hours**

Basic salary £27,500 per annum with an OTE of £34,400 per annum

Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
