**Summary**:
This post sits within the PMO, and the role will provide administrative and project support to the Contract including the Transformation Programme, facilitating its successful delivery.

This position is advertised at 37 hours a week with flexibility to work from home.

**Job description**:
Assist and support the PMO RAID, Benefits and Planning Support Officers

Provide support to the Programme Director and Programme Managers

This post may have staff management responsibility depending on allocation of duties across the team.

Administer and provide secretariat support at key meetings including preparing meeting packs, producing minutes/records of decisions, monitoring and tracking of actions.

Produce and update programme reports and other products including RAID Register and Programme Tracker.

Act as the focal point for Authority responses to internal/external requests for information.

Be responsible for associated programme file management including robust version control.

Collating and analysing data.

Engagement across the programme with Project Managers and SME’s, helping to ensure compliance with the standards and processes set out by the PMO.

Contribute to a collaborative, productive environment and demonstrate positive behaviours to support wider organisation culture standards.

**Responsibilities**:
As might be expected within this high-profile informational project, we are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, responsive to changing priorities and can demonstrate the ability to work well in a fast-paced, fluid environment. A good working knowledge of Microsoft tools including Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. An understanding of Visio, Ms Project/Project Online (POL) and Power BI is desirable. Experience working in a large matrix organisation providing administrative support is essential. An understanding of Project Frameworks, RAID, Benefits and/or working within a Project Management environment is desirable.
