**Team PA**

**6 month fixed term contract - maternity cover**

**Annual Salary -**Up to £32k -depending on experience - to be contracted to 6 months

**Location -**Old Street/Hoxton

**Perks**:Summer and Christmas parties, friendly and collaborative team

**Hours**:9:00am -5:30pm Monday - Thursday, 5:00pm finish on a Friday.
This role will be 100% office based

**Start Date**:all applicants must be immediately available or on a short notice

Great new contract position for an experienced team assistant to join a successful consultancy

company based in East London

Ideally looking for a PA with experience in the engineering or similar industry and have some knowledge of document control.

Duties of the role:

- Admin support to the Directors, Principal and line manager
- Assist with Document Control
- Inbox and diary management
- Book travel
- Assist with marketing materials, fee proposals and other documentation
- Project reports using InDesign
- Complete timesheets and credit card statements
- Reception cover
- Plus other administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within a similar industry
- Knowledge of document control
- Available to start a role immediately
- Proactive with great attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- InDesign experience is beneficial
