**SALARY**:
Basic: £21,940, On Target: £30,624, Potential: £37,640 (plus an additional £200 a month car allowance)

**SHIFTS**:
40 hours per week. 4 x 10-hour shifts. No Weekends, or

40 hours per week. 5 x 8-hour shifts. No Weekends

**ROLE**:
A typical day of a field agent would be spent visiting our clients’ customers at their properties in an attempt to put them in touch with either our clients call centre or our own call centre.

As you progress you will conduct more in-depth visits for our Utility clients where the objective will be to secure a resolution to an outstanding arrears balance.

Once progressed to a Warrant Officer you will occasionally oversee a team in the installation of prepayment meters in customers properties.

This is a fully employed position. We have permanent, temporary full time positions available.
