We are seeking an experienced **Document Controller** to join our team in Rotherham. This role will support multiple **planned works contracts** across the **Yorkshire and North East** regions, ensuring documentation is managed efficiently and accurately across all project phases.

?? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain project documentation for multiple contracts.
- Ensure all documents are correctly filed, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure timely updates and compliance with documentation standards.
- Support audits and reporting requirements by providing accurate document records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to streamline document workflows.

? Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Document Controller in a construction or infrastructure environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
