**Job Title: Trainee Residential Children's Worker**

**Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire**

**11.44 - 14.25 PER HOUR**

**Available shifts in your area**:8am - 11pm, 8am - 11pm + sleep**

As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and support to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting. Your responsibilities will include creating a safe and nurturing environment, supporting children with their daily routines, and facilitating activities that promote their social, emotional, and physical well-being.
