**Pay Rate: £11.00 - £13.75 (ETI Bonus)**

**Contract**:Permanent**

**Hours per week: Variable Shift Rota - 07:00 - 19:00 - 42 hours per week - 4 on 4 off**

**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Welwyn Garden City.

Daily duties will include:

- Supporting the site security manager with daily tasks
- Monitoring the duty performance of the security officers
- Completing routine post checks on the duty security officers
- Supporting the daily reactive operations on site
- Organising the team daily team rotations
- Organising and covering officer break cover

Front-line SIA license is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be providing an efficient and effective Security Service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained across the site.
- Managing the access and egress of the site completing logs where required.
- Regular site patrols, check calls and reporting of incidents.
- Acting as a visual deterrent to prevent crime and disorder that may delay the project.
- Responding to emergency situations in an effective manner.

**About You**:

- SIA Door Supervisor License is essential.
- A Full UK Driving License and own vehicle will be highly beneficial pending your location.
- Customer-facing Security Officer experience is essential.
- Experience providing exceptional customer service to customers.
- High levels of professional Integrity.
- Flexible approach to overtime required.
- Good timekeeping is essential.
- Computer literate.
- Willingness to develop and learn new skills.
- Working as part of a team.
