**Location**:Hybrid - with some travel to Peterborough office

Have you got experience recruiting for operational and technical roles? Are you looking for an opportunity to join an in-house recruitment team where our roles are not just about filling vacancies but also being involved in a number of exciting projectsaround D&I, EVP, Stakeholder Experience and Technology? You'll be responsible for
- Supporting the smooth running of recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, obtaining and giving interview feedback, negotiating offers and processing offers in the system.
- Supporting our DEI goals by sourcing talent from under-represented groups and supporting projects and idea generation to engage and market our roles to the widest possible audience.

**Location**

We mainly work from home and currently the Talent Acquisition team are meeting either at our Peterborough Head Office or another site 2 - 4 times a month. We don’t travel just to work at a desk in the office and our time in person is spent collaborating,training and team building.
