Accounts Assistant

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconciling invoices and resolving any discrepancies
- Assisting with month-end financial reports
- Maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software
- Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and ability to learn other software
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to adapt within role
Looking for someone to start asap.
