**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick and pack products for shipment according to customer orders
- Prepare items for shipping, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments from multiple clients
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report any discrepancies
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly operational targets
- Follow all company and client-specific processes and safety protocols

**Qualifications**:

- **Preferred**: Experience in pick and pack, warehousing, or third-party logistics (3PL)
- Ability to lift and move packages
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
- Forklift certification (preferred, but not required)

Pay: £8.60-£11.18 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
