Senior Warehouse Coordinator

**in an international company?**

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Service UK team working in support of our offshore windfarms. Your role will
involve operating as part of a focused team, keeping our windfarms in production through motivated material management and working
to maintain an efficient material management system.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:
In line with Vestas' quality, HSE and Operational procedures, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective supervision of all
materials delivered to, despatched from, and stored at our onshore warehouses. With a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, you
will ensure all materials are controlled to enable a smooth loading and offloading of our offshore service vessels, when calling into
port.

You will also be responsible for:

- Compliance to Vestas' Health & safety, Quality, Operational procedures
- Control the receiving and dispatching of materials from the warehouse
- Ensure adequate quality inspections are conducted on materials
- Maintaining stock inventory of spares and tools, through periodic & annual stock counting
- Administrate and control all delivery and conformity paperwork
- Arrange and coordinate transportation
- Arrange customs clearances and customs paperwork for returning spares and tooling

Experience with warehousing, logistics and stock management, for example having worked in the offshore industry. A willingness to
travel and work across various sites when required, in support of business needs.

Preferred Competencies:

- Great IT skills (preferred: SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Full driver's license, ideally with Forklift Truck
- Planning & Coordination experience
- Good time management
- Accountable person who takes responsibility for actions
- Ability to be efficient, keep tasks simple and ensure they are delivered
- Problem solver who will positively seek support
