**The Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with Billing experience to join a supportive team in Glasgow. The purpose of your role is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of e-billing for the business, analyse and resolve outstanding issues relatingto unprocessed or rejected invoices, support invoice processing, resolve queries and reconcile all sales ledger and e-billing data.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Communicate internally and externally as required to progress e-billing client management
- Analysis of time and costs in relation to the client billing guidelines detailed in the contract
- Support the processing of bills for our e-billing clients ensuring all client requirements are being met.
- Manage the uploading, monitoring and tracking of e-bills, ensuring that these are submitted within agreed SLA
- Liaise with portal clients to resolve any systems issues and ensure that client specific requirements are implemented correctly
- Manage cash allocation to ensure a turnaround of 48 hours from receipt
- Transforming large amounts of data into digestible and actionable management information
- Providing insight into root causes to drive continued improvement in billing performance
- Support senior management with their day to day needs including analysis and reporting to help shape business decisions
- All queries logged via the central finance system
- Manage client overtrading
- Manage client credit limits
- Provide analytical information and suggest process improvement

**About You**
- Strong excel skills (VLookup & Pivot table minimum)
- Good numeric, analytical and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Team player
- Able to juggle multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills.
- VAT knowledge
- Basic accounting knowledge
- An understanding of billing processes in a large international organisation
- Experience in a Billing role not essential but highly beneficial
