**Job Title**:Fleet Coordinator

**Location**:Manchester office

**Role Purpose**: to work as a vital part of our Purchasing team within a busy finance function.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day fleet operation in running a fleet of approx. 350 leased & 300 grey fleet vehicles.
- Manage good relationships associated with fleet.
- Processing all consolidated invoices, ensuring they are backed up so Finance can allocate to appropriate cost centres within the business.
- Liaising with all new starters and leavers for company cars being allocated or returned.
- Process and order vehicle deliveries.
- Arrange servicing and repairs of vehicles.
- Update Fleet Database and run reports as necessary.
- Co-ordinate insurance claims as necessary.
- Ensure drivers adhere to Company Vehicle Policies and Procedures.
- Order and manage fuel cards.
- Process Penalty charge Notices and Notice of Intending Prosecutions.
- Design and undertake Fleet audits.
- Monthly and quarterly P11D reporting to Payroll department
- Provide support on travel desk during busy period
- Assisting in quarterly contract realignment

**Experience & Skills Required**
- English and Maths GSCE’s or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of MS Office software, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Previous fleet management experience vital.
- High level of personal organisation
- Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to deal with and manage change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to problem solve and be innovative
