**Exciting news.**Due to business expansion, **push-pull**are looking for another new recruit to start as soon as possible.

This post is a mix of working from home and at the Ringwood office.You will be reporting to Director Richard Morris.

This is a full-time, permanent role. Generous 25 days annual leave. Pension. Bonus scheme.

**What do we do?**

**push-pull** develops customer business brands by creating, implementing, and maintaining strategies which will elevate any brand on Amazon. **Push-pull** helps to boost the sales of the brands and build a positive presence. We’re doubling in size year on year -hence the need for new team members.

**Who would this role suit?**

Have you dabbled in e-commerce before? If so, this might be just what you’re looking for. It would be great if you have studied or had experience in some of the following areas:
Data driven digital marketing,

Amazon platforms,

e-commerce trading,

Amazon marketing,

Listing products or services

Also, useful backgrounds could be from a marketing, business or IT based education and / or work experience.

**How your role fits within our team**

As a key player in the team, you’ll be responsible for communicating with the Account Director to ensure that everything is performing as it should be. You’ll be supporting them with the analysis of the account and making sure that the brand is performing to the best of its ability.

Day to day, you could be working with graphic designers, advertising specialists, SEO teams, and conversion specialists in order to ensure that the brand has everything it needs to hit the targets that are agreed. Communication skills and the ability to multi-task are skills we love

When you start with us, you will get regular and on-going training in everything that the business does, so you feel comfortable with developing the brand correctly. With regular 1:1’s with your line manager, the wider team will be briefed so that you get the on-going support that you need to be successful within your role.

Once you are fully inducted into the business, you will be ready to start. One day you could be working with the graphic design team to make an engaging new set of imagery for a client, the next you might be working with advertising to ensure the right people see the awesome asset that you’ve just created, and then the next day you could be pulling together a report to show off your amazing work.

**What does this role cover?**

As an Account Support team member, you’ll be building long lasting relationships with multiple clients and assisting to complete key tasks which will supercharge their brand on Amazon.

You’ll be completing in-depth reports for each of your clients, and for push-pull so that the success of the account is constantly measured and improved.As an employee of push-pull, we expect you to follow key principles regarding company policies, private and confidential documentation, data protection (GDPR), and risk management.

**Account Management**
- Build long lasting and effective relationships with multiple clients.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered and each clients’ Amazon business continues to scale.
- Monitor the health and performance of each account making sure that each account is performing in a successful way.
- Manage stock levels across Seller and Vendor platforms.
- Work with Amazon AVS and internal Account Management teams to resolve issues.
- Raise cases with Amazon Seller/Vendor Support to resolve issues.

**Marketing and Advertising**
- Work closely with the marketing team and continuously oversee and optimise product listings using keyword search, Amazon algorithms and keyword search rankings.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients’ Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASINs) are best in class.
- Work with the Graphic Design team to create engaging assets and imagery for our clients
- Work closely with the Advertising team to ensure all clients’ advertising budget is maximised and delivering against the agreed strategy

**Reporting and Analysis**
- Complete in-depth reporting and present it to clients
- Analyse all reports pulled and identify key action points in order to improve performance
