We're working exclusively with an exciting new client who offer an evolving and intelligent approach to predicting the success of start-ups is looking for an Assessment Team Manager to manage a team of contracted assessors. This role will be perfect foran experienced people manager, who has experience managing large numbers of temporary or contract staff.
Data is one of the hottest commodities in the modern world, which is why they continuously invest heavily in this market to evolve their platform. This data is used to identify trends to predict the likelihood of a successful investment.
The Assessment Team Manager will be tasked with ensuring that there are enough assessors to suit business needs, whether this be through growth or replacement. In addition, you'll be expected to monitor performance against KPIs and delivery of SLAs, maintaininga high level of quality and accuracy.
In return, the Assessment Team Manager can expect a salary of £40,000, company pension, share options, long-term profit share scheme, annual bonus scheme, lots of training and development plus more.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding of new Assessors
- Generate a strong assessor community using a range of online platforms (e.g. Slack)
- Manage performance of Assessment Team
- Quality Control
- Invoicing of Assessors
- Training & Development / Continuous Improvement
Skills & Requirements
- Prior Experience of a Temporary / Contract Workforce
- Strong Business Acumen
- Ability to build a team through recruitment & onboarding
- Approach work with honesty & integrity
- Good level of IT literacy
