Goods in

County Foods, an established Catering Butchers based in Poole, due to increased business we are currently seeking an additional **Goods In - Warehouse Operative** to work within our goods in, cold store and freezer area.

**Working Hours**:Average of 42.5 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, plus alternate Saturdays 4:00 am to 9:30 am.

You will be responsible for receiving ‘Goods In’, by use of a Bendi Forklift, accurately checking delivery notes, completing traceability documentation, storing produce and rotating stock in fridges and freezers. Additionally, you will be required to assist with picking orders for despatch.

**This Goods In - Warehouse Operative role requires someone to**:

- Be highly organised, ensuring labelling and traceability is maintained to a high standard
- Ensure that stock is rotated in line with Company procedures
- Pick goods for despatch accurately completing picking list/s in preparation for invoicing to the customer
- Ensure Food Hygiene and Health and safety regulations are always adhered to

Ideally you will have a valid Bendi Forklift licence but this is not essential, experience of stock rotation and general goods in procedures. Experience of working within a food environment would be an advantage.

**Additionally, you will need**:

- A good level of written and spoken English
- Clear communication skills
- To be numerate, as accurate recording of items received is paramount

**Salary**: £26,520.00 p.a.
