**First Option Healthcare** are currently recruiting for two dedicated **Healthcare Recruiters **to join our growing team in based in **Croydon, Surrey.** You will be supporting the **care management** team with **recruitment **strategies, **sourcing** and **screening** medical professionals to fulfil **homecare** packages **nationwide**.

This is a **PERMANENT** position based at our head office in **East Croydon, Surrey**.

**Salary**:£20,000-£25,000pa depending on experience

**Role Responsibilities** include but are not limited to:

- Building a robust talent pool within your regional area using various recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing, headhunting prospect healthcare assistants and nurses.
- Shortlisting and profiling according to patient specifications.
**Job Overview**
- Using various recruitment techniques to attract talent, including but not limited to, social media and advert posting, CV alerts, headhunting, referral schemes etc...
- Using set processes to effectively screen and shortlist carers and nurses.
- Ensure all relevant information is taken and stores effectively.
- Take part in interviews alongside care managers and clinical leads, taking notes and scoring.
- Data management and e-filing.
**Essential Skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication both verbal and written.
- The successful applicant will be organised, have a strong work ethic and be a team player.
- It is a requirement for all applicants, unless medically exempt, to be double vaccinated for this role. Evidence of your vaccination status will be requested at interview stage and any offers of employment will be conditional upon evidence being provided.
