Our clients business continues to expand and the Counterparty Network Executive is an exciting new role. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the charge as a CN expert and become an integral part of our business operations for our clients Markets.

You will play a key role with your passion for process improvement. Through taking the time to understand counterparties and their various needs, you will ensure that the client always meet requirements to the highest standard, and in a timely manner that will undoubtedly build the foundation for a strong counterparty network.

Effectively managing various projects simultaneously and ensuring cross functional collaboration will enable you to enhance our counterparty experience and refine the approach to counterparty governance.

You will be an effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships around the business to ensure a solid onboarding process.

With a keen eye for detail, you will be equipped to support the delivery of our clients ambitious objectives and 5-year plan.

You’ll be a hard-working team player, with a strong ethical compass and sound understanding of regulatory compliance.

**Key Objectives (6-12 months)**

EDD Reviews
- Own and manage the EDD review work stream ensuring requirements are met to the highest standard
- Effectively manage companies counterparty network.

Counterparty Governance
- Review and redesign the counterparty governance structure to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and ongoing management as the company scales;
Ongoing CP management
- Implement a comprehensive system to track and organise all counterparty (CP) engagements in alignment with OKR dashboards. This includes scheduling and preparing for reviews and meetings, maintaining reporting, preparing internal policy documents, configuring bank management, ensuring adherence to counterparty risk controls, optimising trade/payment flows, and maximising interest on balances.

Document Management
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive system for managing counterparty engagements, including the creation of the companies/PML deck, a library of responses to common bank questions, agreed-upon data points, and necessary documents/policies. This system aims to streamline the process, reduce internal inefficiencies, and decrease response times to bank requests.

Internal communication
- Partner with the Marketing department to create a regular and meaningful communication that will provide the business with an update on counterparty network activity.

Counterparty Optimisation
- Lead counterparty expansion by analysing and leveraging unutilised capabilities, ensuring buy in from key stakeholders to drive initiatives;
- Project manage new capability adoptions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Finance to improve counterparty cost efficiency.
- Identify and address gaps in the counterparty network, proposing strategic solutions to enhance business focus.

Trade/Credit Risk
- Ensure the efficient management and ongoing development of the trade/credit risk area as the company continues to scale. Focus on implementing robust credit risk management practices to support expansion and mitigate potential risks.

**Requirements**:
**You**
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role. (FX & payments background is preferable)
- Highly organised and confident in managing multiple projects. The pace is fast
- Effective communication matters, we need you to be confident and articulate in order to keep moving the dial.
- A keen eye for detail, highly organised, and confident to challenge in pursuit of the right way forward for the company.
- High ethical standards to help ensure our ongoing regulatory obligations with the FCA.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidence.

**The hybrid life**
