Bookkeeping and Payroll Administrator - Faversham - Permanent - £25K-£30K DOE
ARM are looking for a Bookkeping and Payroll Administrator to join one of their practice-based clients in Faversham on a permanent basis
In this role you will need to be fully or part CIMA or AAT qualified and confident liaising with clients
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring clients' payrolling is processed accurately and that payslips, statutory returns and reports are produced and validated in agreed timeframe
- Accurately prepare VAT returns under different VAT schemes
- Prepare of accounts up to trial balance
- Implement new starter information and HMRC tax notification
- Auto-enrolment set up and processing of pensions
- Bookkeeping from source documentation (includes: purchase invoice posting, Credit control, paying suppliers, bank reconciliations, month end journals)
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, VAT returns and payroll
- Ability to confidently meet with clients to discuss financials
- Experience of Sage, Xero and BrightPay is preferable
- Excellent communicator across all channels
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to prioritise deadlines and workload
