The successful Teaching Assistant applicants will be tasked with helping to deliver excellent support for learning under the direction of the teacher. the role will involve providing the following support: - Dealing with personal care needs of pupils, following procedures. - Providing appropriate medical interventions e.g. First Aid, Emergency medications. - Supporting all teaching and learning activities in the classroom. - Providing general support to the class teacher in the management and organisation of the pupils and - the classroom. - Creating and maintaining a supportive educational environment. **The School** This is an outstanding special school in the London borough of Kingston upon Thames for pupils aged 4 to 19 who have a range of severe and complex learning difficulties.
