**Position Overview**:
**We are seeking a motivated Trainee Energy Consultant to join our team. This entry-level position focuses on identifying and qualifying leads in the energy sector, contributing to our mission of providing sustainable energy solutions.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Market Research: Analyze market trends and gather data on prospective clients to inform outreach strategies.**

**- Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs of potential clients and determine their eligibility for our services.**

**- Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information and follow-up notes.**

**- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and improve lead conversion rates.**

**- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes for management review.**

**- Training: Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance knowledge of energy solutions and sales techniques.**

**Starting of as a lead Generator will help you build the confidence and knowledge of becoming an Energy consultant, With the training provided we will help you towards your future career and Goals**

**Requirements**:
**- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.**

**- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.**

**- Motivation: A self-starter attitude with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.**

**- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.**
