**Sales Administrator | Blackburn | Part Time | £10.00 per hour**

Our client is a market leader in the provision of fuel management solutions to the commercial transport industry. They are a privately owned company staffed by people with many years’ experience of in the commercial vehicle re-fuelling industry.

This role is perfect for you if you have a talent for sales, as well as the ability to accurately complete administrative tasks.

This is a part-time role with the scope to move into full-time employment.

- Exceptional telephone manner and communicator
- Professional, friendly, diligent manner
- Experience in managing customer expectations
- Self-motivated and well-organised with strong attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Excellent administrative and numeracy capabilities

**What will your role as a Sales Administrator look like?**
- Taking payments in a professional diligent manner
- Have a good understanding of the product range to be able to advise customers accordingly
- Have the ability and product knowledge to be able to upsell and cross-sell to existing and new customers and promote products, special offers etc
- Providing competitive quotations
- Providing excellent customer service by directly handling issues and resolving customer queries
- Serving customers on the trade counter
