**Salary**: £20,900 - £22,990 (dependant on experience)

**About the Role**

Join our Leeds centre where you'll work alongside a supportive group of clinical and non-clinical professionals. Together we empower clients to make their own reproductive choices with confidence. In this role, you'll thrive in a clinical environment with robust protocols and support systems that uphold our values and ensure no one is left behind. Your focus will be on providing exceptional care.

As a Client Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include a range of administrative tasks such as phone consultations, data processing, record archiving, reception desk management, and client communication throughout their journey with MSI UK.

We believe in investing in our team's success, which is why we offer tailored training to equip you with the skills needed to provide safe and effective abortion care. Previous experience in sexual and reproductive health is not required for this role.

**About You**

To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills:

- Ability to work independently and collectively within a team of both clinicians and non-clinicians
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for supporting our diverse client population
- Excellent record keeping, ability to archive and process data
- Ability to prioritise workloads accordingly and work from your own initiative
- Good IT skills (full training on internal programs will be provided)
