**Role: Freelance SOP & Policy Writer (UK-Based)**
**Type**: Per Output (Freelance)
**Pay**: £50 - £70 per completed SOP or policy document

**What You’re Taking Over**

We’re a fast-scaling property brand working across student housing, co-living, and rentals in multiple UK cities. We don’t need a full-time operations analyst or admin assistant - we need someone sharp who can **t**ake founder voice notes, raw structure, and field-tested insights and turn them into clean, usable SOPs and internal policies.

This is not a fluffy writing role. You’ll be documenting systems that impact real people - from viewing agents to internal hires to freelance staff. If the writing is poor, execution fails. Your job is to write what actually works, not what sounds corporate.

**What You’ll Do**
- Write internal SOPs, onboarding docs, and field policies from voice notes or call briefs
- Revise and proofread older SOPs and streamline them into a unified format
- Create working documents that are used by our sales, operations, HR, and agents
- Translate founder strategy into execution-ready language
- Occasionally work on early-stage project documentation (e.g. Catalyst model, brand ambassador rollouts)

**How You’ll Be Paid**
- Flat £70 per completed, approved SOP or policy document
- No hourly pay. No pay for delays. We pay for deliverables only
- Potential to increase volume as trust builds

**Who This Is For**
- Based in the UK and looking for a flexible freelance side gig
- Strong writing, structure, and process mapping skills
- Comfortable following founder-led instruction, sometimes via voice notes or WhatsApp
- Knows how to break down operations or admin flow into bulletproof logic
- Ideally someone studying or working part-time in operations, legal, or management

**Who This Is Not For**
- Anyone who needs corporate onboarding, spoon-feeding, or fixed hours
- Writers who don’t understand operations or business logic
- Anyone outside the UK

**Important Note (Respectfully)**:
You cannot use AI to generate SOPs or policies. we use detection tools and can easily identify auto-written content even if you tweak. If your work does not meet the expected quality or deviates from the agreed scope, payment will not be released. We will define the scope of work clearly on Day 1 and your output must match the brief, not assumptions.
