**JOB TITLE**: Business Analyst

**LOCATION**:Cheddar, Somerset.

**SALARY**:Circa£23,500 - £26,000 PA DOE

**HOURS**: Monday - Friday, 8am till 4pm or 9am - 5pm.

**THE ROLE**:This award winning and successful FMCG company is seeking a hardworking individual to primarily be responsible for identifying and executing efficiency improvements within the various ordering, reporting and presenting systems.You will also compile, analyse and circulate weekly company performance data and presentations. Working closely with the Customer Services Manager you will have an agreed set of KPIs to deliver which are based on the implementation and improvement of companypractices and information systems.

This position will suit someone with an analytical mind interested in data and presenting facts and figures. A big part of this role will involve presenting sales data and product performance to Senior Account Managers, therefore you will need to have aninterest in analysing and presenting information on products. You will need to be familiar and confident with MS excel and PowerPoint in order to analyse data and present it.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The generation of sales, conformance and K.P.I. reports and observations for use by the Business Development Director, Account Managers and Financial Director.
- Engage and build relationships with Customers and Suppliers to ensure optimum integration of ordering and information systems.
- Working closely with the Customer Services Manager to identify process and system improvements.
- Working with the Account Managers to identify, generate and supply weekly customer performance data and reports.
- To support the ongoing introduction and developing of a new ordering and invoicing system.
- Planning and constructing of internal and external presentations for both current and potential customers.
- Attend weekly meetings.
- Provide support to the Customer Services Team as and when required.

**SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Demonstrate previous experience of database handling and record keeping.
- Report generation and presentation experience.
- Adaptable, conscientious and self-motivated.
- Willing to learn through personal development.
- Strong project management and reporting skills.
- Confident and resilient ways of working.
- Strong communication and negotiating skills.
- Excellent understanding of all Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
