A well-established business is looking to recruit a proven Security Supervisor to manage a team in the Gaydon area. This role will play a key part in leading and motivating the team to achieve, providing guidance and training to deliver excellent service.You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day security requirements of a prestigious site, maintaining a good corporate image and high standard of professionalism. The role also includes responsibility for operational, administrational, and qualitymanagement processes to ensure company standards and procedures are maintained, whilst providing customer service excellence at all levels, a primary responsibility of this function.
Along with a salary of £34,000 per annum, you will also receive a range of benefits including cash incentives for good performance, employee referral payments, childcare benefits, a group pension scheme and an employee discount scheme.**Must have an SIA Licence and a Full UK Driving Licence.**
**As a Security Supervisor, your duties will include**:

- Monitoring the team performance to meet KPI’s.
- Ensuring the tasking and adherence of Assignment Instructions.
- Ensure all security personnel are correctly presented and courteous at all times.
- Ensuring that all relevant ‘On Site’ induction training has been completed.
- Ensuring all incident reports and site documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all patrol activity is carried out in accordance with the Site instructions.
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of the team members is maintained at all times.
- Dealing with holiday /uniform requests / payroll queries (escalating and resolving as required).
- Investigating misconduct or malpractice issues.
- Daily scheduling / manning requirements include Gatehouse, Reception and Patrolling duties

**We are looking for a Security Supervisor who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Previous experience in a Supervisory Management role
- Strong communication and administration skills with good attention to detail
- Excellent inter-personnel skills.
- Flexible attitude toward work, with good commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Passion for Customer service with a “Can Do “attitude.”

Shift pattern - Monday to Friday - 7.00am - 5.00pm (You will need to demonstrate considerable flexibility with these hours, which may vary in accordance with the business or customer needs)
