**Sr. Creative Video Producer / Live Action (Contractor)**

**Location: London/Hybrid (3 days PW on site, 2 WFH)**

**Pay Rate: Up to £355 PD (Inside IR35 Approx £70k PA)**

Join a dynamic in-house video team at a global tech leader, delivering world-class short-form live-action and creative photography content. This hybrid position combines creative leadership and production management. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, editors, and producers to develop and execute high-quality live action video and photography from concept through shoot and post-production.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end production for live action shoots and creative photography
- Work cross-functionally to turn ideas into compelling visual stories
- Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and stakeholder relationships
- Provide creative direction on set and oversee talent and crew
- Ensure all deliverables meet creative, technical, and strategic standards

**Key Requirements**
- 10+ years producing live action and creative photography content
- Strong storytelling skills with a keen visual eye across video and photography
- Experience with branded content, social-native formats, interviews, and VFX integration
- Able to manage multiple projects independently, collaborating with global teams
- Portfolio/reel demonstrating live action and photography expertise
