We are a group of companies working in the legal, accident management and healthcare sectors currently looking for Claims Admin and Complaints Handler to join us.

As a Admin and Complaints Handler you will be working for Sovereign Automotive.

To provide administrative support to the Claims Team: - setting up new claims, saving documents/photos/CCTV/correspondence, taking FNOL reports from clients quickly and accurately whilst ensuring that SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently achieved.

To acknowledge, investigate, monitor and conclude all customer complaints in keeping with FCA guidelines.
