- ** Working pattern/flexible working**: Hours of work are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Blended Working: we work from home and the Victoria campus with some travel to other Partnership locations as required.
- ** Salary range**: The salary range for this role is set at £26,500 - £34,500
- ** Contract type**:This is a 12- month fixed-term contract

**About the role**

We're recruiting for a Senior Pension Administrator to join our Pensions team supporting with all aspects of the administration of the Pension Scheme. You will be involved in checking day to day administration work and carrying out complex member cases.

Answering queries from Members, ex Members and relevant stakeholders, you will demonstrate excellent customer focus and outstanding communication skills.

Part of the role will require you to support the Team Leaders in delivering Service Level Agreements and key metrics, so the ability to work well as part of a team is essential.

**What will you be doing?**

Providing senior level input to processing day to day administration, you will be highly motivated and proactive in your role, with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

You will make sure that all queries are dealt with promptly, efficiently and in a professional manner, whilst also ensuring compliance with policies and process.

Reviewing casework accurately, you will identify complex cases as required for additional input and review from the Team Leader.

- Relevant pension experience working on both DB or DC pension arrangements
- Excellent technical knowledge of current pension legislation
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work within a fast-paced Administration team

**Desirable skills you could bring:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Relevant pension qualification from a recognised pension body
